Rob has had a love of the outdoors from a very young age,  growing up on a small family farm in North Central Ohio. He is an avid hunter, and enjoys pursuing the elusive white tail and eastern wild turkey with bow and arrow. He is also an accomplished horseman competing in mounted shooting competitions and also serves on the Richland County Sheriff’s mounted unit. Rob with his wife, Kathryn of 37 years, own a 75 acre farm where they operate a horse boarding facility and raise British White Cattle. Rob and Kathryn are blessed with 3 daughters Kate, Lauren and Hannah and 2 grand daughters , Noelle and Elisa. After graduating from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a degree in Business Administration,  he began a career as a Real Estate Appraiser and has specialized in the valuation of agricultural and recreational properties in North Central Ohio. Rob holds a General Certified Appraiser license and is the principal partner/founder of  Earhart Appraisals, LLC.
