Spencer was born and raised in Ohio, and has proudly called Ross County home for many years. An avid outdoorsman since the age of 7, he grew up in a family that valued both outdoor adventure and land conservation. From chasing whitetails through the rolling hills of Southern Ohio to pursuing longbeards in neighboring states, Spencer has developed a deep understanding of what makes each property unique. He has also competed in archery tournaments across the U.S., marketing himself to major outdoor industry producers and land investors worldwide.

Spencer is passionate about preserving land that cannot be replaced and views every property as something special. He is dedicated to helping clients find the “perfect” piece of land—one where they can build lasting memories. With a keen eye for identifying unique features that others might overlook, Spencer offers valuable insights to his clients.

Having studied Real Estate at Hondros College and taken numerous courses in Land Management and Timber Identification/Evaluation, Spencer remains committed to continuous learning. He stays current on marketing trends, financial strategies, and is well-versed in local title agencies, lenders, and state departments. This dedication ensures he provides the best possible service to his clients.
